Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, system architecture, and design solutions.
- Oversee code reviews, technical documentation, and adherence to coding standards.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the team delivers scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve team efficiency and product quality.
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and Scrum practices, promoting collaboration and accountability.
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Track and report on team performance metrics, such as velocity, sprint progress, and delivery timelines.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Manage dependencies and coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of cross-functional projects.
Project Management:
- Plan and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful delivery of sprints and releases.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks.
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality work within scope, budget, and schedule.
Required Education & Experience:
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 12–15 years of prior relevant experience, or
- Master’s degree with 10–13 years of prior relevant experience.
- May possess a Doctorate in a technical domain.
