Business Analyst / Tester (Onsite - FBI Contract)
100% Onsite (5 Days/Week) - Washington DC
Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance - Required
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Tester to support a mission-critical FBI program. This role requires full-time onsite presence and an active TS clearance. The successful candidate will support approximately 10 applications, acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams while providing hands-on system testing and Tier 3 (T3) production support in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Understand and document business processes across approximately 10 applications
• Serve as the liaison between stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Create, manage, and maintain Jira user stories, ensuring the Agile board remains accurate and up to date
• Test system enhancements and bug fixes prior to production release; create and maintain test scripts and test cases
• Provide Tier 3 (T3) production support, coordinating issue resolution with developers and delivering excellent customer service
• Own and track stakeholder engagement meetings, including documentation and follow-up actions
• Participate fully in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance - Required
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week - Required
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience (internships included)
• Clear, concise written communication and documentation skills

Required Skills & Proficiency
The candidate must demonstrate intermediate proficiency in the following areas:

• Working in Agile/Scrum environments, including ceremonies, artifacts, and delivery workflows
• Performing system, regression, and functional testing, including test case and script development
• Using Atlassian Jira to create stories, track work, and document functional and technical requirements
• Producing clear written documentation, including requirements, test artifacts, and stakeholder communications

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

• Experience supporting federal law enforcement or intelligence community programs
• Familiarity with enterprise or cloud-based application environments (e.g., AWS, Pega, or similar platforms)
• Experience supporting multiple production applications simultaneously
