The Edison Works Transformation team is focused on contemporizing today's business processes with sustainable digital solutions, thus enabling strategic process transformation. This organization is responsible for partnering with our Digital Technology (DT) organization to drive internal transformation of the GE Edison Works Supply Chain and business processes. EW Transformation Operations and Change Leader will drive development and implementation from concept, business requirement aggregation, definition, stakeholder alignment, request for proposal (RFP), transition to implementation, and organizational change management (OCM) through Governance and daily management. In addition, this leader is responsible for Transformation organizational change management, ensuring the organization is fully prepared to adopt change through communication, engagement and training. The role will engage with program management, planning, purchasing, finance, and partner with DT as well as other strategic transformation pillars. There is moderate autonomy within the role. Job Responsibilities
- Organize Governance structures and standard work in support of Edison Works transformation objectives.
- Lead overall OCM across business and manufacturing Transformational efforts to maximize employee adoption.
- Manage communications and stakeholder engagement plan and execution.
- Coordinate training development and execution, ensuring that OCM standards are incorporated into training to maximize adoption and understanding.
- Develop and evolve stakeholder analysis and persona definitions to enable organizational change management deliverables and system access/role design.
- Coordinate with Senior Leaders and Transformation project leaders to ensure change management activities into project plans.
- As part of Governance, build in operating cadence with program leaders, DT leadership and functional leaders to prioritize and evolve the transformation roadmap.
- Drive continuous improvement by establishing and reporting on metrics to measure effectiveness of change, while executing on strategies to overcome resistance.
- Understand and leverage A&D best practices for Digital Transformations, leveraging external vendors and industry relationships.
- Coordinate budget and resource allocation processes in partnership with DT function.
- Manage operational reporting to senior leadership for transformation efforts.
- Incorporate flight deck fundamentals and industry best practices into Transformation Program Office daily management, building standard Governance and Organizational Change Management processes across multiple initiatives.
- Responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function.
- Use high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.
- Assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders.
- Offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and can construct and provide recommendations.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management
- Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen
- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- If based in Lynn, MA must be willing to travel up to 20%.

- Operations management experience implementing large cross functional change.
- Experience with implementing lean/flight deck principles.

Pay and Benefits:
- The salary range for this position is $142,000.00 - 189,000.00 if based in Evendale, OH. If based in Lynn, MA the salary range for this position is $163,300 - 217,350. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan. This posting is expected to close on March 6th, 2026.
