Job Description Summary
Test Facilities Mechanical Engineering (TFME) is a group of Mechanical and Structural Engineers whose mission is to provide engineering services for design and build-up of test infrastructure and enabling systems in support of the engineering initiatives. TFME integrates test cell systems capabilities to the test article while striving to exceed customer expectations. Test sites supported include all development engine and component test cells in Evendale, Peebles, and Winnipeg. TFME also has engineering responsibility for production and services engine test cells around the world. The Program Manager will focus on leading projects that require mechanical engineering acumen within the TFME group.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and document project objectives, requirements, and assumptions necessary to plan and execute capital projects focused on the modification or expansion of existing industrial processes.
- Identify and pursue additional needed resources, and stakeholders beyond the operator/customer.
- Manage project deliverables so they complete to forecasted plan.
- Provide procurement support - procurement strategy, identification of suppliers, coordination of delivery, and storage of hardware/equipment.
- Oversee installation and execution of assigned projects through continual engagement with engineering, operations, internal trades, and contractors.
- Identify and manage project risks throughout project lifecycle.
- Facilitate a regular rhythm of clear project communications with leadership and stakeholders.
- Engage with plant operators, controls specialists, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot process upsets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as Quality/Process Engineer or Project Manager
- BS or equivalent from an accredited university or college

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
- Active US government Secret Security Clearance, preferred with AP approval.
