Jr IT Specialist will work in the Imaging Lab and Computer Depot to image and ship devices throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. This person must be willing to work in a team oriented fast-paced environment. This person will apply VITA standard and approved images to Dell, HP, and Microsoft Surface devices. They will also be responsible for reporting on activity/success in the Lab as well as basic troubleshooting/break fix tasks.
