Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking to hire a Staff Business Process Analyst to join its team of diverse and qualified individuals. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program in the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.

Primary Level Salary Range: $139,000.00 - $208,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Key Responsibilities
- D evelop data visualizations utilizing PowerBI, Kidasa Milestones Professional, and Tableau
- Support CSDR and SRDR reporting requirements
- Perform miscellaneous data analysis and ad-hoc visualization creation as required
- Work with peers and business partners to identify workflows or processes where automation can improve efficiency and/or reduce costs
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify the cause, determine possible resolutions, and remediate issues in current visualizations and data sets
- Serve as a Product Owner, managing product scope and supporting multiple priorities against ambitious timelines as needed
- Research, evaluate, and determine best fit of tools and techniques for data mapping, data mining, data transformation, and data integration
- Develop complex queries or routines to extract data from disparate sources
- Consult with stakeholders to define data needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions
- Regularly update leadership and stakeholders on project status, challenges, and outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Support cross-team development efforts for multiple projects, including data cleanup, ingestion, and linkage with other data sets
- Document design, deployment and operating procedures for each work product

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 12 years OR a Master's degree with 10 years professional Business OR a PhD degree with 8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting and/or Aerospace & Defense Business-related experience. Four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated experience using SQL programming and database management skills to architect, optimize and maintain SQL code for databases, tables, views, stored procedures and functions in MS SQL Server
- Experience with MS PowerBI and Excel (including Power Query, DAX, VBA)
- Experience with EVMS Software (i.e., SAP, SAP BW, Deltek Cobra, Acumen Fuse, Open Plan, MPM, Acumen One IWO, Primavera P6)
- Work experience in multiple software code languages with querying, scripting, and automation (i.e., Python, Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, Power BI/Dax)
- Experience with one or more of these database systems: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite
- 3 or more years' experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) Principals and applying Earned Value Techniques
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance

- Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) techniques and frameworks experience
