You will join the OmniView team within the Mission Management System, part of the Mission Control Systems group under Dynamic Targeting & Surveillance Systems as a Software Engineer. This team develop, integrate, and test the world view interface that presents mission planning and execution data on the Multi Domain Control System (MDCX) for Advanced Development Programs. The MDCX is an open-architecture software platform enabling a single operator to control diverse uncrewed systems in the air, at sea, and on land. The Skunk Works (Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program) seeks world class software development and testing talent to continue our 75+ year legacy of pioneering advanced technologies.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Software Engineer you will be responsible for all phases of developing software solutions for Command & Control Systems. Your responsibilities will include:
• Generating requirements, system and software design and implementation
• Integrating and flight test events
• Adjudicating change requests as the software is updated, tested, and integrated.
• Participating in integration activities that will include a multitude of host systems, such as live assets of varying capability and structure, simulated systems, and laboratory environments that include constructive simulations, physical hardware, and system simulations.

Basic Qualifications:
• C++ and/or C# programming experience
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Desired Skills:
• Object Oriented Programming
• Agile Software Development
• Software Development Tools (e.g. Visual
Studio)
• Atlassian Tools (e.g. Jira)
• Experience in OMS/UCI messaging
• UI/UX Software Development
• Experience in QT (or a strong emphasis on
graphical user interfaces)
• Experience with Complex Algorithms
• Service Oriented Architecture Knowledge
• Linux and Windows operating systems
• Configuration Management Systems (e.g. Git)
• System test and Integration experience
• Practical knowledge and skills of messaging
systems (e.g. ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
