Description:Lockheed Martin F-35 Production Programs Program Management Office is seeking an Integration Senior Manager who is responsible for F-35 Production Programs Integration including the Tier 2-4 business rhythm; PM OBEYA room, scorecards; return to green plan management; coordination across program and functions; and Risk, Issue, & Opportunity Management strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and experienced leader with a passion for project and program management, who enjoys driving continuous improvement efforts, leveraging new technology and digital tools for business intelligence, is able to define and implement near term actions and strategic improvement projects. This position must also be a strong people leader who grows their team and supports lessons learned and training learning across the organization.

You will be the Program Management Senior Manager, F-35 Production Programs for the F-35 Production Programs Program Management Office which is responsible for delivering integrated, high-tempo production support across the F-35 portfolio.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Program Management Senior Manager, F-35 Production Programs you will be responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end integration of the Production Programs, driving business rhythm, and enabling strategic risk management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the Tier 2-4 business rhythm, including PM OBEYA room and scorecard management.

  • Drive the Return-to-Green plan, aligning cross-program and functional stakeholders.

  • Own Risk, Issue, & Opportunity Management strategy, ensuring processes capture and resolve items.

  • Serve as Chief of Staff to the VP, coordinating strategy communication and engagement preparation.

  • Foster team growth, champion lessons-learned integration, and mentor staff.

Further Information About This Opportunity

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must obtain a Secret clearance after hire.

Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated project or program management experience, including responsibility for budgets, cost control, schedules, and contract oversight, within Finance, Operations/Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, or a similar organizational function.

Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in organizational leadership, including people management and team development.
Desired Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Program Baselining
- Scorecard development and execution focus experience
- Continuous Improvement and root cause corrective action experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
