Lockheed Martin Space Production Operations is seeking a Sustainment - System Integration and Test Engineering Manager to join our team supporting the Fleet Ballistic Missile Programs reporting to the Eastern Range Test Senior Manager.
This Manager role will be located at the Eastern Range and will lead the FBM Sustainment Test organization. This test manager will be responsible for a multi-disciplined team of Electrical and Mechanical Test groups composed of engineers and represented employees. This leader will drive day-to-day test operations for the Sustainment group in support of the D5LE test activities to include leading technicians, engineers, and support groups to ensure cost and schedule performance is in line with baselines.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience working within DOD programs
• Coded leadership experience
• Experience leading multi-functional engineering or test teams.
• Experience managing a represented workforce
• Must have experience with manufacturing, production/assembly or test of complex spacecrafts or missiles.
• Candidate must have a bachelor degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
Desired Skills:
• CAM and EVMS experience and experience managing cost and schedule.
• Experience with the FBM program and customer base.
• Experience with testing (and associated processes) of support equipment and/or flight hardware
• Greenbelt trained
• Exposure to the LMSpace enterprise systems (EPDM, SAP, Automation
Framework).
• Experience in development test planning
• Previous CTC experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
