Location: 57 IS / 365 ISRG – JBSA‑Lackland, TX
Position Summary
Leidos is looking for a motivated analyst with a passion for Electronic Warfare, technical data, and mission‑driven problem‑solving. In this role, you’ll support the 57th Intelligence Squadron and broader 16th Air Force by helping build, verify, and improve the United States Electromagnetic Systems (USELMS) database—critical data used across the EW and Intelligence Community.
Great position for early‑career analysts who want to strengthen their technical skills while contributing directly to mission‑critical EW and intelligence data production.

Position Summary

In this role, you’ll support the 57th Intelligence Squadron and broader 16th Air Force by helping build, verify, and improve the United States Electromagnetic Systems (USELMS) database—critical data used across the EW and Intelligence Community.

What You’ll Do
- Review and assess USELMS data for Radar, EO/IR, Communications, ECM, RWR, and platform systems
- Perform quality checks on engineering models and technical intelligence to ensure accuracy
- Document findings and support government acceptance decisions
- Help standardize processes and improve workflows across IMD Production Centers
- Analyze U.S. and own‑forces electromagnetic systems
- Support Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) reviews for releasable models
- Provide updates to NATO emitter databases (Radar/Comms)
- Track and resolve Data Quality Feedback (DQF) reports
- Manage Blue/White data requests in AIRES, including agency coordination and timeline forecasting
- Identify process improvements and support data‑integration modernization efforts (e.g., APIs)
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Radar Engineering, Physics, or related field. Additional related experience may substitute for a degree
- Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI
- 3+ ears of analytical or technical experience
- Background in EW, Intelligence Community, EMS, or IMD production
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with USELMS schemes (Radar, Comms, ECM, EO/IR, RWR, Platforms)
- Experience with CUI handling and security markings
- Exposure to Nighthawk or similar analytical tools
- Knowledge of radar systems, Technical ELINT, or system operations/maintenance
