Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill a Senior Advanced Manufacturing/ Production Operator position that just opened in Charleroi, PA. In this role, you will perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. To be considered, you will have High School diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Pay: $34.29/hour
Putting quality over quantity, the Sr Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Basically, you'll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment by building or integrating hardware for prototypes, assemblies and large complex systems, building RF, multi-function cables and harnesses and soldering ribbons/strip line skills for RF performance.

What you bring to the table:
- A High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. An AA Degree or certification in manufacturing area preferred
- Fiber optic splicing and assembly experience.
- Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuring of customer/standard software on customer device
- Ability to perform more advanced fabrication and marking
- Distinct communication and computer skills
- Solid knowledge of Statistics and SPC applications
Clearance Requirements:
- Department of Defense active Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
