Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate design, development, implementation, and support of IT solutions spanning multiple specializations and technologies.
• Define project scope, plans, deliverables, cost projections, and implementation timelines.
• Assist leadership in determining the organization's technical direction.
• Research, analyze, recommend, and implement new technologies, processes, tools, and techniques.
• Create portions of IT plans aligned to strategic direction, technology context, and business needs.
• Coach teams and provide technical support on new technologies, project management, and system development methodologies.
• Support marketing initiatives through participation in proposals and marketing studies.
• Review system and programming designs for appropriate technology selection, resource efficiency, and integration across systems.
• Identify, develop, update, and enforce standards and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure resolution of performance issues.
• Interface with support groups on production problems, technical concerns, and financial issues.
• Research, evaluate, and stay current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies.

Experience Requirements:
Experience Requirements

• Experience delivering Information Technology projects in complex environments.
• Specialized experience in disciplines such as information security, privacy, or information assurance.
• Experience with assembly and integration across cross-discipline functions.
• Background in data engineering, knowledge engineering, legacy evolution, or system infrastructure.
• SharePoint experience, including Canvas apps and Power Apps.
