Position Overview
ISPA Technology is looking to hire a Program Manager. This person will lead and manage complex technical programs supporting C4ISR missions. This role will ensure successful execution across technical, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements in compliance with DoD and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage C4ISR programs across equipment, system, and programmatic support
Lead technology assessments, systems design, and systems analysis efforts
Oversee acquisition planning, budget development, and program execution
Serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders and technical teams
Ensure compliance with FAR and DoD procurement policies
Identify and mitigate program risks
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams
Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business
Program Management Professional (PgMP) or equivalent program management certification required
15 years of technical experience supporting C4ISR (equipment, system, and programmatic support)
8 years of program management experience including systems design, analysis, acquisition, and budget planning
5 years managing DCGS, Expeditionary SIGINT, or TCIO programs
Experience may be concurrent
