Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Intelligence Analyst III to support a program in Grafenwoehr, Germany.
For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.
The Intelligence Analyst executes design, development, control and execution of practical exercises related to assessment, collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information and information systems. Analyzes training effectiveness to ensure support exercise and scenario products and simulations are accurately portraying the operational environment and training objectives are met. Analyzes and integrates intelligence data, plans, or systems. Performs one or more of the following or related activities:
Analyzes, reviews and integrates intelligence data from a variety of sources. Operates intelligence systems and intelligence analysis systems. Provides analysis of threat and makes recommendations to support military training, doctrine development, and/or real world conflict scenarios. Designs, develops, engineers and implements intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance collection products Analyzes intelligence practices, systems, programs and proposals to make appropriate recommendations. Develops and coordinates intelligence plans and requirements.

How Role will make an impact:
- Performs and provides military intelligence exercise planning support.
- Designs Exercise Support Plans and Exercise Support Manning Documents.
- Analyzes, develops and synchronizes intelligence-related story lines for the Joint Master Scenario Event List.
- Supports the development of opposing forces order of battle, orders, and scripts.
- Analyzes and advises on intelligence simulation database builds.
- Participates and provides subject matter expertise for planning conferences.
- Analyzes and develops intelligence portions of after-action review materials.
- As required is prepared to provide the following
- Develop assessments input for exercise design, planning, preparation, execution, and after-action review of the company through COCOM-level exercises
- Perform Intelligence Observer/Trainer Controller duties
- Develop and execute intelligence portions of AAR products and take-away packages.
- Design, develop, rehearse, and execute intelligence warfighter function-related academics
- Response Cell Role Player support
- Provide input to exercise design and technical planning products.
- Support set-up, transition, and break down for all training and training support activities pertaining to this task order.
- Participate in individual training, seminars, conferences, exercise/experiment planning events, site surveys, and exercise and training events and supports the planning and preparation processes and product development as needed.
Requirements
What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI clearance
- Master's degree in a related field and 3 years related experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years related experience; OR 10 years of related experience.
- Battalion or higher command assignment, or equivalent service command
- Graduate of CGSC or ILE (MEL 4) or equivalent military schooling
- Outstanding work ethic and personal integrity.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document and update processes.
- Ability to perform tasks under deadlines.
- Ability to work with senior Government and Industry leaders.
- Possess a very high degree of attention to detail.
- Capable of working at a computer terminal for extended periods.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, for consecutive days up to 4 weeks.
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to travel to various locations throughout the USAREUR-AF Theater in Europe and Africa.
What Sets you apart:
- Experience in analyzing U.S. military or other U.S. government agency plans, data, intelligence information, and/or systems.
- Experience in developing intelligence estimates and making recommendations for correcting deficiencies.
- Experience integrating information from a variety of sources into various intelligence systems and ensuring proper systems interfaces.
- Prior experience in data collection and analysis. Ability to develop products resulting from analysis.
- Knowledge and experience with Army constructive models and simulations
- Experience controlling medium to large unit training events and operations for MTC or similar organizations.
- Experience executing Mission Command training at battalion level or higher.
- Familiarity with Army Mission Command Systems/Platforms.
- Knowledge of planning and executing large training events and how to use the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) to support customer training requirements.
- Knowledgeable of Army, Joint and NATO Doctrine
- Ability to writer Battalion and higher Operations Orders IAW Army, Joint or NATO doctrine
- Knowledgeable of Intelligence Warfighter function
- Knowledgeable in Observer Controller/Trainer functions
