ECS is seeking a Senior Strategist to support our DHS/CISA portfolio. The Senior Strategist will help align ECS programs, initiatives, and capabilities with respective CISA mission and organizational priorities, and help drive an effective CISA Go-To Market Strategy. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of technology, modernization approaches, and the DHS/CISA mission to help build upon existing ECS capabilities and identify expansion of services and capability to continue to meet the evolving DHS/CISA mission. We are seeking a strong servant leader who can connect vision to action, build and maintain trusted client relationships, and motivate teams to deliver results that matter to both mission and nation.

ECS is seeking a Senior Strategist to support our DHS/CISA portfolio. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Senior Advisor in the areas of strategic planning, governance, and delivery of mission capabilities, technical solutions, and business processes
- Anticipate risks and issues, and collaborate with the customer and ECS leadership to develop mitigation plans
- Develop and implement business strategies and solution roadmaps
- Apply unique technical and engineering knowledge, skills, abilities and experience to lead technical planning, implementation and sustainment of a broad range of cyber capabilities.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by iteratively prioritizing and enhancing products, services, and processes
- Develop communication campaigns to target strategic stakeholders and ensure customer engagement, alignment, and customer adoption across the client portfolio
- Lead and support special project and growth initiatives
- Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain Public Trust Suitability .
- Ability to obtain/maintain a TS as needed
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- 15+ years leading, managing, and designing complex government solution integration
- 5+ years of experience supporting DHS and/or CISA missions
- Experience supporting solution integration and development for low-code/no-code solutions, SaaS Solutions, and Application Development efforts
- Experience as a Project Manager/Product Owner to support projects/products that ECS develops in support of government programs, to include Agile management methodologies and leveraging Agile Management tools for work tracking
- Ability to understand the client's vision, mission, and goals and synthesize organizational capabilities and gaps. Leverage understanding to develop and drive clear, integrated and unifying frameworks for action and decisions involving businesses and mission focus
- Experience leading, managing, supervising, and guiding diverse team(s) of technical, functional, and creative subject matter experts in delivering mission value, improving culture, and driving measurable results for customers and staff alike.
- Demonstrated ability to understand, resolve and communicate technical and business perspectives
- Prior DHS Experience and possessing a DHS Entry on Duty/DHS Suitability
- Active TS/SCI
- Familiarity with Government Cyber Mission Space and legal constraints applicable to civilian Government Agencies (ZeroTrust, FISMA, FIPS, SecOps, etc.)
- Experience with DHS System Engineering Lifecycle (SELC)
- Experience with DHS Agile Development and Delivery for Information Technology practices
