We are actively recruiting a talented Hardware Integration Engineer (Engineer II)to join our amazing team in Cape Canaveral FL. Successful candidates will have a strong background in Instrumentation Systems including Hardware Engineering Integration. Step into a high‑impact role where you'll shape the future of strategic weapons systems and guide complex engineering efforts from concept through integration.

What You'll Do
  • Directly support the government customer in overseeing all aspects of product design and integration, including requirements definition, design reviews, experiments, prototyping, testing, production and integration.
  • Collaborate with multiple SWS industry partners and develop tailored solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in design reviews, trade studies, and other technical meetings
  • Offer a broad knowledge of missile architecture
  • Support rapid technology insertion of new equipment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders both verbally and in writing

What You Bring
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or hard science discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in missile technology integration
  • An active DoD security clearance at the TOP SECRET level (or have held an active DoD clearance within the last 2 years)
  • A track record of leading teams in a highly collaborative environment
  • A willingness to work in a team environment and the ability to work independently while prioritizing and supporting multiple tasks
  • High quality communication and presentation dexterity
  • Excellent computer/technology skills

Bonus Points
  • Agile Workflow experience using JIRA or similar software
  • Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) experience
