Responsibilities

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Red Team Operator to work onsite in Clarksburg, WV. ALL candidates MUST have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI Poly eligibility to qualify for consideration.

• The candidate will be part of a specialized offensive security professionals who conduct adversary-based simulations on critical systems, major applications, and networks.
• Emulating real-world Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), the team identifies real-world, exploitable attack paths and provides mission-focused assessments to validate defensive posture and security resilience.
• The Red Team Operator serves as a technical expert, providing tactical planning, team management, and effective communication with stakeholders within a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.
• This role is responsible for orchestrating complex simulations that bridge the gap between emerging cyber threats and actionable defensive hardening.
• Experience and proven success in offensive security assessments, penetration testing, and/or red teaming
• Experience with Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Metasploit, and Bloodhound
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with and mentoring junior team members
• Located in the Clarksburg, WV area, with the ability to be on-site at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI/CI Poly eligibility to qualify for consideration.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 yrs of total experience or Master's with 3 yrs of experience.
• Desired - SANs GIAC certification ( e.g., GPEN or GW APT), Offensive-Security Certified Professional (OSCP), TCM Security Practical Network Penetration Tester (PNPT), or other relevant offensive security certification

Business Development

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
