Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the development and fulfillment of contract requirements in the bidding, purchase or sale/delivery of equipment, materials, products or services to customers.
  • Interfaces with internal functionals to evaluate contract compliance under general supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices.
  • Uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes, answer internal data call needs and support all contractual and legal requirements.
  • May provide guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Skillset sought for this hire are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 5+ years of experience.


Work Environment:
  • Location: Hybrid
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
  • Working Hours: Standard


Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ Years of Government Contract Administration Experience
  • Understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Supplements
  • Experience interpreting and negotiating contract terms an conditions
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite Applications
  • Comfortable with interacting in-person/virtually with Stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret contract terms and advise internal/external customers
  • Experience with T&M, Fixed Price and Cost Type Contracts


Preferred Qualifications:
  • DAWIA Level II Certification
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Related Field
  • Experience with cradle to grave DoD contract administration
  • Experience using Costpoint
  • Secret Security Clearance


Basic Compensation:
  • $92,400.00 - 138,500.00 (This range is for the Colorado area only)


The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
