Accomplish
As the Product Support Deployment Lead you will manage the operational aspects of ongoing deployments of contractors related to contractual execution and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management and the United States Government. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Primary Level Salary Range: $106,800.00 - $160,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage overall personnel deployments for the Global Hawk Sustainment contract, which includes:
- Manage LOAs (Letters of Authorization) for all deployed personnel, including sub-contractors and site visitors. Manage CACs (Common Access Cards) for all individuals (approx. 150) supporting the Sustainment contract
- Manage the DOCPER/ECOPS (work visas) process for all deployed personnel supporting the Sustainment contract at NAS Sigonella
- Have access to the Defense Counterintelligence
and Security Agency system to verify current clearance status of all personnel supporting the Sustainment contract - Personally interact with the AF COR (Contracting Officer Representative) and TA's (Trusted Agents) on weekly if not daily basis
- Support other programs as requested with all of the above
- Support the Product Support Contractor Field Team (CFT) with
- Coordination with Global Mobility Office (GMO) for all actions associated with short/long term deployment of the CFT. Support CFT with tracking of locations/entity codes in WorkDay
- Support CFT with submission and tracking of expense reports associated with deployments

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years' experience of relevant experience and/or a Masters degree and 6 years of relevant experience
- Expert level of ability in estimating, tracking and planning for fluid deployment needs across Enterprise Programs to support worldwide operations
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple Enterprise Programs to support operational needs as applicable to contractual requirements
- Proficient in MS Office Products
- Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance or higher, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company
Preferred Qualifications:
- Northrop Grumman Global Mobility Office experience
- Understanding Dept of War and Enterprise Programs deployment of contractors administrative requirements
