The Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division provides expert support services to a range of customers spanning across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and international markets. JOID provides a diverse portfolio of analytical and programmatic capabilities to help our customers make informed decisions on their most challenging issues.
SPA provides critical decision support to enabling and executing a strategy of technological superiority and enabling the delivery and sustainment of secure, resilient, and preeminent capabilities to the warfighter quickly and cost effectively. Our team of experienced military, technical, and operations research analysts is skilled in evaluating military problems, identifying the driving factors, devising innovative approaches, collecting applicable data, developing necessary software tools, and performing thorough and timely assessments to inform technology and acquisition governance decisions to ensure U.S. military forces retain military superiority in the future.
We have an immediate need for a Program Analyst to provide onsite support out of Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities
The candidate will provide onsite program management and technical advisory support of DARPA programs. The successful candidate will apply strong writing and communication skills of technical materials across a wide range of audiences. This role encompasses program management functions including coordination, scheduling, writing, as well as the development and review of technical materials. Apply demonstrated ability to work well as a member of a team and reliably execute tasks independently and in a timely manner. Candidate will be expected to assist with developing technical documentation and briefs to communicate program status, coordinating activities that drive efficient execution of programs to include technical support and transition activities, developing plans, making recommendations, and facilitating efficient operations for various DARPA programs.

Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience
- Strong technical writing and technical documentation skills
- Ability to communicate via written, oral, and visual media (e.g., PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage rapid-response requests with limited direct oversight
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- Able to work fully onsite based on client needs
Desired:
- Engineering/math/science background
- Experience providing onsite support to DoW and/or DARPA programs
