Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 8+ years of experience developing and delivering hardware-based solutions in a project or program management role
- Experience using Microsoft Project to build and manage project delivery
- Experience writing technical proposals
- Experience managing delivery to a contract
- Ability to function independently as a self-starter and manage work efficiently
- Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget for all elements of a project
- Ability to identify, manage, and communicate project risks to senior leadership
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- 2+ years of experience using EVMS to manage project budget s and schedules
- Experience managing research and development programs
- Experience managing programs to design and deliver integrated hardware and sof tware systems
- Experience working with suppliers and managing product delivery to a set of requirements
- Experience using the Agile framework and the Sprint or Scrum approach to project management
- Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD design sof tware
- Possession of excellent problem resolution and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred ; Master's degree in Engineering a plus
- Project Management Professional Certification
