Join a high-impact cyber and analytics team where you will serve as the frontline expert for system health, security compliance, and technical troubleshooting. You will respond to user needs, monitor enterprise systems, and help strengthen the IT backbone supporting mission-critical operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Respond rapidly and professionally to IT Help Desk calls and emails, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
- Use enterprise monitoring tools to identify and address system alarms.
- Notify customers proactively when processing delays may impact business functions.
- Execute IAVA processes, including scanning systems, identifying vulnerabilities, and deploying patches and security updates.
- Drive remediation efforts and ensure compliance with System Security Plans.
- Provide technical support to companion workgroups for IT improvements and system optimization.
- Maintain communication with users and publish system outage updates.
- Create and maintain documentation to support incident resolution.
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 4 additional years of experience instead of degree. A Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
- Linux System Administration experience.
- Ansible scripting experience.
- Windows System Administration experience.
- Experience with ProxMox, Centrify, Harvester, Rancher, Kubernetes, Docker, and various Hyperconverged Infrastructure platforms.
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph required.
