Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience:
o Overseeing SharePoint Online/On-Premise, including site management, storage optimization, and performance monitoring.
o Configuring site collections, features, and managing service applications.
o Managing site permissions, user access, and security policies.
o Implementing site structure, content policies, and managing retention policies.
o Providing technical support and training to end-users
Bachelors Degree is required
Active SECRET clearance is required.
Position Expectations:
• Support the development and maintenance of Knowledge Management (KM) management sites using DoD365 SharePoint and other DISA-approved electronic repositories. The online presence is intended to provide both internal and external communication.
• Audit current KM repositories and provide recommendations for improvement
• Publish site content and manage site layout (i.e., look and feel), structure, content, site recycle bin, site features, and analytics
• Create, modify, and delete pages, lists and libraries, sub-sites, and workspaces within DoD365 SharePoint
• Manage content and workflow and educate front-end users on the use of the KM System.
• Serve as a technical SME to develop, implement, and maintain KM sites and repositories
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency
• Support, and when required, lead customer-facing meetings, briefings, and reviews.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders and team members to drive transparency, consistency, and accountability across programs
