What Impact You'll Have
The Program Manager will have lead programs having an average annual aggregate revenue of greater than $40M providing the type of services similar in size and complexity to those detailed in the contract. They are responsible for managing the overall requirement, providing a single Point of Contact (POC) for the Contracting Officer, providing programmatic reporting, and addressing overall management and contracting issues. Must have thorough understanding and experience in the complete life-cycle management. Responsible for the management of funds and personnel and is accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all contractual requirements.

What You'll be Owning
- As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing overall contract execution, to include onsite stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment.
What You Must Have
- Master's degree and 10 years of experience. 8 years of work experience, OR a Bachelor's plus 4 years of experience, may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
- Degree in Engr., Sci, Business; Computer Science or Related Scientific or Technical Discipline.
- Eight years of project management experience working on DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) programs/projects.
- Seven years of experience in the DoD or IC in an acquisition project management position leading integrated teams consisting of engineers, analysts, financial, and project management personnel.
- DAU Level III certification in Program Management, or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Proficient in program governance, risk management, budget oversight, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
- US Citizenship is required.
What Would be Nice to Have
- Experience with Army TENCAP, Space ISR systems, or expeditionary ground station concepts.
- Experience briefing senior military or civilian leadership.
