What You'll Be Owning:
- Deliver engaging in-resident and virtual GEOINT and multi-INT instructional programs to new and experienced analysts.
- Teach and guide learners on topics such as: Multi-INT research and analytic methodologies SIGINT / IMINT / GEOINT analysis workflows, tools, databases, and operations ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, ArcGIS Online, QGIS, RemoteView, and related geospatial toolsets
- Techniques for handling, exploiting, and visualizing large volumes of mission data Facilitate learning through a blend of instructional methods including lectures, guided discussions, demonstrations, labs, workshops, and small-group exercises.
- Utilize instructional technologies and platforms (e.g., Blackboard) to deliver highly interactive and accessible content.
- Conduct formal and informal assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide meaningful feedback that supports individual growth.
- Serve as a subject matter expert throughout curriculum development by reviewing materials, ensuring technical accuracy, and advising course designers.
- Promote a collaborative and student-focused learning environment that reflects the evolving needs of the GEOINT Community.

What You Must Have:
- Requires TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly 2-4+ years of GEOINT Community experience, including analytic production, operations, or mission management
- Experience developing curriculum and delivering instructor-led or virtual training
- Strong understanding of GEOINT products, standards, and analytic workflows Proficiency with geospatial tools such as RemoteView, ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, or equivalent systems
- Familiarity with GEOINT tasking, collection management processes, and associated protocols
What Would Be Nice to Have:
- Prior experience as an instructor or training facilitator within the IC, DoD, or similar environment
- Experience developing or teaching with Blackboard or other LMS platforms
- Familiarity with Python, automation tools, or advanced geospatial analytics
- Experience supporting multi-INT fusion, targeting, or specialized GEOINT missions Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for teaching and mentorship
