Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
- Lead/support end-to-end design of exercises addressing First Island Chain planning realities (e.g., contested access, dispersed posture, partner integration, maritime/air domain complexity, escalation management).
- Translate Commander's intent into training objectives, scenario injects, and measurable evaluation criteria.
- Develop exercise artifacts including concept of exercise (CONEX), exercise plan (EXPLAN), master scenario events list (MSEL), synchronization matrices, and commander decision points.
- Plan and integrate kinetic effects into training events consistent with authorities, rules of engagement considerations (as applicable), targeting processes, and operational constraints.
- Facilitate working groups, planning conferences, and sync meetings; track actions, decisions, and dependencies across stakeholders
- Support exercise execution (white cell support, event control coordination, battle rhythm management, reporting).
- Collect observations and performance data; support after action review (AAR) development and delivery.
- Produce lessons learned and recommendations to improve future exercises, readiness, and operational planning.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required (or TS with SCI eligibility, per government requirement)
- 2+ years experience in joint exercise planning (design, development, execution, and assessment)
- 2+ years experience with Indo-Pacific operational context, especially First Island Chain considerations and planning dynamics
- 1+ years experience integrating operational effects (including kinetic effects) into exercise scenarios and evaluation
- 1+ years experience briefing senior leaders and multinational audiences
- Ability to travel 5-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Prior experience supporting combatant command (CCMD) or component-level exercise programs.
- Familiarity with joint planning and exercise constructs (e.g., campaign alignment, readiness objectives, operational decision-making)
- Experience with partner-enabled training and interoperability evaluation in the Indo-Pacific region
- Experience producing high-quality executive-ready readouts, AARs, and decision-support products
