Work You'll Do
As a Security Engineering Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced architectures, infrastructure around agentic AI solutions that operate seamlessly across cloud-agnostic infrastructures, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments. Leveraging deep expertise in artificial intelligence, distributed systems, and modern platform engineering, you will architect autonomous, intelligent systems capable of sensing, reasoning, and acting independently to solve complex business challenges. You will drive end-to-end machine learning model development, implement automation and self-healing workflows, and integrate agentic capabilities with enterprise security, compliance, and application teams. This role requires proficiency in languages such as Python or Javascript, hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, and fluency in containerization, orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure resilient, secure, and reliable solutions while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the advancement of agentic AI concepts, multi-agent systems, and best practices. Your work will be instrumental in enabling organizations to modernize digital operations, accelerate decision-making, and maintain adaptability within an ever-evolving technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Component Development: Design, build, and maintain core portfolio components that power our Cyber AI solutions.
- API Development: Create and support secure, scalable REST and GraphQL APIs for seamless integration across platforms.
- Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented code and actively participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Cloud Integration: Integrate software components with cloud infrastructure and security tools, enabling reliable and secure deployments.
- Framework Enhancement: Contribute to the development and evolution of our Central Cyber Control and Active Cyber Defense frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cloud administrators, automation experts, and security engineers to design, deliver, and maintain advanced solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with new technologies, evaluating and implementing best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Backend Languages: Python, Java, Go
- APIs & Integration: REST, GraphQL; API development and integration
- Cloud & IaC: Google Cloud (BigQuery), Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Kubernetes

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 3+ years of back end development to include:
- Back-end development using Node.js and Python (Django, Flask), including containerized microservices deployed on Google Cloud Run
- 3+ years of experience with AI Architecture to one of the following include:
- Modular integration with generative AI models (OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Hugging Face)
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and frameworks, notably TensorFlow and PyTorch
- 3+ years of experience with Cloud to include:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript
- 3+ years of experience with Python
Preferred:
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
