Title: Test Technician
Location: Clearwater, FL
Pay Range: $20 hr. to $24 hr. on W2.
Introduction
We are seeking individuals with at least 2-3 years of industry or electronic test experience, particularly in troubleshooting systems or down to the component level. The position involves performing ESS/functional testing processes using a variety of equipment, recording and analyzing results, and potentially recommending changes in testing methods or equipment. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a testing environment is essential. The role requires a certain degree of creativity and latitude, working under general supervision and typically reporting to a supervisor. Good communication skills are a must.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
- 2 years of experience in conducting ESS/functional testing and troubleshooting activities on electronic systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow testing procedures accurately.
- Possess or be able to obtain a secret security clearance.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in electronic testing procedures and equipment.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Electronics or a related field.
- High school diploma/GED Equivalent.
- Experience with navigation systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and quality control processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct ESS/functional testing and troubleshooting activities on complex electronic systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Follow testing procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of test results and provide shift reports.
- Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to the development of best practices.
