We are seeking an entry‑level Technician with hands‑on experience in electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, or optical systems. This role supports the construction, troubleshooting, calibration, testing, and maintenance of equipment and systems in a production or laboratory environment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, technically capable, and comfortable working with engineering documentation and instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, and maintain electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, or optical equipment, components, devices, or systems.
- Perform calibration and alignment checks; make adjustments, modifications, and component replacements as directed.
- Operate related test and diagnostic equipment to verify performance and functionality.
- Execute tests and accurately document and report data in prescribed formats.
- Prepare prescribed compounds and solutions in accordance with defined procedures.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and written or verbal instructions.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying equipment issues and assisting with corrective actions.
- Comply with all safety, quality, and documentation standards.

- 1-2 years of hands‑on technician experience in a mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, or related technical environment.
- Ability to Obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (Requires US Citizenship)
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems and technician fundamentals.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and technical documentation.
- Basic experience using test equipment and measurement tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record test results.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Exposure to calibration, alignment, and testing processes.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and schematics.
- Experience working in manufacturing, laboratory, or engineering support environments.
- Basic troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electromechanical systems.
Candidates must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
