Vaxcom Services LLC (a Parsons company) is looking for a talented Technical Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to provide leadership and transparency through all phases of the program lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Work closely with the customer and manage all aspects of the program.
  • Maintain responsibility for a host of reporting deliverables, including an implementation schedule, billing reports, and warehouse/field inventory.
  • Take initiative and provide leadership in solving problems, improving processes, and providing a better experience for the business.
  • Have the ability to pick up already inflight initiatives and drive to completion.
  • Drive change management, overall project control, and team participation.
  • Prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects.
  • Conduct business analysis, customer interaction, and utilize problem-solving skills.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress. Show effective decision-making and prioritization ability, as well as show leadership and oversight for issue resolution.
  • Share lessons learned and best practices across programs, building relationships with stakeholders, and broker relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrate sound understanding of Division level financials.
  • Ability to source data to create metrics and statistics.
  • Conduct senior level briefings to key, executive level stakeholders.
  • Maintain holistic understanding of program operations and enable strategic and tactical decisions in support of the program team.
  • Ensure each group operates independently as well as collectively.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Manage personnel and work closely with HR, Operations, Finance, and other corporate divisions to ensure compliance, productivity, and collaboration.


What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of eight years of technical operations or 15 year of relevant experience is required.
  • Technical training, or work/military experience is required.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, collaborative, and interpersonal skills to foster respect and teamwork with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously with close attention to detail and prioritization to meet deadlines.
  • Highly professional and ethical standards for handling classified and confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Diligent with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of communications security technologies, equipment, and policy.
  • Must have experience using MS Office Suite, to include advanced use of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Hands on experience with cryptology and PKI.
  • Working knowledge of network engineering designs and deployments.
  • Basic understanding of in-line network encryptors.
  • Familiarity with current COMSEC Policy.
  • Maintains sufficient knowledge and understanding of basic networking engineering, cryptology, and PKI in order to engage in meeting and conversations with technical and nontechnical personnel.
  • Familiarity with AWS or Microsoft Azure Cloud Service.
  • Previous overseas experience working in a technical field.


Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
