Job Title: Technical Drawing Administrator
Job Summary:
Serve as the Technical Drawing Administrator (TDA) for DAWSONs Facilities Operations, Maintenance, and Support Services contract supporting the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) at Research Triangle Park (RTP), North Carolina. The Technical Drawing Administrator is responsible for maintaining, updating, and managing technical drawings and records to support facilities operations, maintenance, and construction activities in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Job Summary:

The Technical Drawing Administrator is responsible for maintaining, updating, and managing technical drawings and records to support facilities operations, maintenance, and construction activities in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage a library of technical drawings for EPA RTP facilities.
- Create new drawings and update existing drawings using AutoCAD based on as-built conditions and approved changes.
- Incorporate revisions resulting from maintenance, repair, renovation, and construction activities.
- Control issuance, tracking, and return of drawings to engineers, contractors, and project personnel.
- Ensure drawings are accurately updated, current, and properly archived.
- Coordinate drawing updates with Project Management, Planning, Estimating, and Quality Control personnel.
- Support documentation and recordkeeping requirements related to technical drawings.
- Ensure drawing management practices comply with contract requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of AutoCAD drawing experience, including:
- Initiating new drawings
- Updating drawings
- Incorporating changes based on as-built documentation
- Experience managing large libraries of CADD drawings.
- Experience issuing drawings to engineers and contractors and ensuring drawings are returned and updated as required.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain access to EPA facilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
