Chenega Advanced Solutions and Intelligence Services, LLC (CASIS), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Chenega Corporation, an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska. CASIS is an 8(a), ANC-Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ. We are a professional services provider specializing in the delivery of Intelligence Operations and Cyber Support Services to the Department of Defense (DoD) & other agencies within the U.S. Government (USG).
CASIS is a part of Chenega Corporation's Military, Intelligence, and Operations Support (MIOS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU). The SBU operates as a leveraged services model that increases the depth & scalability of our support staff while reducing costs to our customers. Chenega MIOS has over 1,700 employees located across the United States & internationally, with experience that includes management of contracts valued at $2 Billion that provide services to large federal agencies.
The Information Management Office (IMO) shall provide end-user assistance at the workstation or docking stations and perform troubleshooting and repair services for all hardware and software issues, movement of and reinstallation of IT assets during personnel moves, changes, and deletions to deployed IT assets, printers, scanners, and other peripherals. The IMO shall provide IT support for intermittent off-site activities such as conventions, seminars, boards, and training.

The IMO shall provide IT support for intermittent off-site activities such as conventions, seminars, boards, and training.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve various IT unclassified system problems.
- Test, diagnose, and analyze computer hardware and software, networks, organizational IT equipment issues, and systems malfunctions to resolve physical and logical processing problems. Elevate any issues to the appropriate West - Regional Enterprise Center (W-RNEC) section for Tier III resolution.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain end-user equipment and software.
- Adjust equipment configurations and realign port allocations.
- Communicate with end-users utilizing email, MS Teams, about ongoing issues, planned outages, or unplanned outages. Also, communicate with end-users about the status of a ticket if it is delayed, if it was sent to a different section to be worked on, if it is resolved, etc.
- Escalate and work with the RNEC Tier III technicians to resolve Local Area Network (LAN) installation and operation problems.
- Provide on-site technical assistance to end users.
- Answer general questions from end-users on hardware, software, and Microsoft Office issues.
- Maintain an automated tracking sheet of organization assets (printers / MFD's and computers) to include computer name, user, MAC address, model number, serial number, and location.
- Maintain a spreadsheet with all information required for the accreditation packet and provide it to the designated Department of the Army Civilians when changes are made.
- Coordinate with designated Department of the Army Civilians for port and telephone moves and installs.
- Document time and effort spent on administrative and operational tasks not directly tied to user-initiated AESMP tickets via General Task Tickets managed by the designated AESMP Cue Manager. This includes items such as, but is not limited to, routine system checks, documentation updates, meeting attendance, and minor troubleshooting (under two (2) hours).
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 3+ years' experience OR
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years' experience
- CompTIA Security + at the time of hire
- Microsoft MD-102 or other relevant operating environment certification within 6 months of hire or any acceptable certification compliant with DoD 8570.1
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Secret clearance required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Army/DoD information management policies, regulations, and records management requirements.
- Understanding of network architecture, account management, and Microsoft 365 enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals, access control, and PII handling.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and Teams administration, including site management and permissions.
- Ability to manage digital and physical records in accordance with retention standards.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for user access, system errors, and workflow issues.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining knowledge repositories and collaboration tools.
- Ability to analyze IM processes and recommend improvements.
- Strong documentation skills for SOPs, user guides, and governance products.
- Ability to train users on information systems, collaboration platforms, and IM best practices.
- Effective communication and coordination skills across staff sections and technical teams.
- Ability to interpret policy and translate requirements into practical procedures.
- Capability to manage information flow in fast‑paced operational environments.
- Ability to enforce data governance, security practices, and standardized workflows.
- Adaptability to new technologies, automation tools, and evolving mission requirements.
