Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking cleared intelligence professionals to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Intelligence & Analysis (I&A), Nation State Threat Center (NSTC), delivering timely, actionable intelligence on adversarial nation-state threats to U.S. homeland and economic security. Team members will operate across the full intelligence lifecycle, producing all-source analysis and finished intelligence that directly informs DHS senior leadership, Intelligence Community partners, and state, local, and private-sector decision makers. The mission focuses on critical issues including counterintelligence, foreign investment risk, supply chain exploitation, emerging and disruptive technologies, illicit trade, and threats to U.S. critical infrastructure, with work performed in a classified, operational environment where analytic rigor, clear communication, and real-world impact are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge of the DHS I&A intelligence authorities, DHS component missions, and the role of I&A in supporting the DHS Intelligence Enterprise; overall I&A intelligence research, analysis, and production process.
- The All-Source Intelligence Analysts shall possess experience demonstrating knowledge of critical threats to US economic competitiveness and counterintelligence including, but are not limited to, supply chain vulnerabilities, illicit trade, foreign malign economic influence, emerging and disruptive technologies, foreign intelligence entities, non-traditional collection activities, and intellectual property theft.
- The Contractor also shall be knowledgeable in nation state political-economic analytic expertise conducive to foreign malign economic analysis. Thorough knowledge of U.S. Intelligence Community Directives ICD 203 and ICD 206 and analytic tradecraft, experienced in research and applying analytic techniques and methodologies, has strong research and writing skills.

- Experience applying critical thinking acumen displayed by the ability to analyze information, evaluate evidence, and make reasoned decisions or judgments. Skills required include logical reasoning, problem-solving, and the ability to assess situations objectively while maintaining awareness and avoidance of biases.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with DHS Suitability.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution with preferred concentrations in areas such as International Studies or Affairs, Economics, International Trade, Intelligence, Public Administration, Public Policy, American Government/Governance, or Law/Legal Studies.
- Three (3) or more years' experience working economic security issues related to counterintelligence, supply chain vulnerabilities, illicit trade, emerging and disruptive technologies, or foreign investment.
- Experience applying critical thinking acumen displayed by the ability to analyze information, evaluate evidence, and make reasoned decisions or judgments. Skills required include logical reasoning, problem-solving, and the ability to assess situations objectively while maintaining awareness and avoidance of biases.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite and DHS data systems
- Possess excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate information clearly and concisely, under pressure and with tight deadlines that exceeds established analytical standards.
