The Chief Front Office Technical Lead provides senior-level technical, organizational, and operational leadership to our Customers Front Office, ensuring coherent execution of enterprise priorities and mission support activities. This role oversees a broad portfolio of technical and administrative functions including personnel actions, awards processing, enterprise briefings, and cross-directorate coordination. The position integrates information from across the division to support the Chief of Staff, Budget Director, Deputy Director, Technical Director, and Chief Data Officer. The Technical Lead ensures timely and accurate execution of taskings, data calls, governance products, and operational support functions that enable efficient Front Office decision-making. Candidates must possess deep experience supporting executive-level environments within the national security space or Intelligence Community enterprise.

This position is contingent upon contract award

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead Front Office technical and operational integration, consolidating information and preparing materials for senior leadership decision forums.
  • Manage awards program activities, including announcing cycles, tracking nominations, coordinating reviews, processing packages, obtaining awards, and maintaining official records.
  • Provide technical and organizational support for personnel management functions, including tracking performance evaluations, mid-cycle feedback sessions, manpower actions, and related HR processes.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and deliver briefings for the Career Service Panel and other executive governance bodies.
  • Support the Chief of Staff, Budget Director, Deputy Director, Technical Director, and Chief Data Officer with technical products, program tracking, and Front Office coordination.
  • Respond to ad hoc taskings, data calls, and time-sensitive requests from senior leadership, mission partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking mechanisms for personnel actions, staffing matrices, manpower documentation, and enterprise program artifacts.
  • Provide graphics development and visual product support for leadership briefings, official reports, and enterprise communications.
  • Coordinate cross-division technical inputs and ensure alignment of Front Office products with division priorities and mission objectives.


Basic Qualifications:
  • 15-20+ years of experience supporting technical, operational, or enterprise management functions within national security space, the Intelligence Community, or DoD environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Public Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical/analytical discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise personnel processes, awards programs, or technical staff support functions for a government or IC organization.
  • Proven experience supporting executive-level leadership with technical, organizational, or programmatic products.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Systems Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting Front Office operations, career service panels, or executive governance processes.
  • Background with IC or DoD manpower systems, HR support services, or enterprise-level administrative workflows.
