Job Summary: Senior Electro-Electromagnetics Engineer - Scientist Level 5 (Onsite, Secret Clearance)
Location: Hazelwood, MO | Type: Contract | Shift: First (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Responsibilities
- Develop and validate electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and interference (EMI) requirements for communication, sensor, and electronic warfare systems.
- Architect and integrate complex electromagnetic components into higher-level systems and platforms.
- Lead electromagnetic modeling, simulation, and computational analysis to optimize system design and ensure compliance.
- Author and oversee E3 program planning, documentation, and continuous oversight through the product lifecycle.
- Define and execute critical test plans to validate design performance against requirements.
- Manage supplier and partner performance, including electromagnetic testing and compliance verification.
- Conduct trade studies and root-cause analysis for complex technical issues.
- Support project management by providing technical input on statements of work, schedules, budgets, and status reporting.
- Mentor engineering staff and contribute to major proposal sections to support new business development.
- Ensure adherence to ESD process specifications and regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical), Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or closely related field.
- Minimum 9 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (7+ years with Master's, 3+ years with PhD).
- Demonstrated expertise in EMC, EMI, or E3 for complex systems.
- Proficient in electromagnetic analysis, modeling, and simulation techniques.
- Strong project leadership, cross-functional communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills
- 14+ years' experience (Bachelors), 12+ years (Masters), or 9+ years (PhD) in relevant fields.
- Advanced degree (BS/MS/PhD) in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering, or Physics.
- Hands-on experience with MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464, RTCA DO-160, and other electromagnetic standards.
- Background in Aerospace & Defense or military environments.
- Proficiency with computational electromagnetic tools (FEKO, Cosite, ANSYS, CST).
- Knowledge of ESD processes, lightning testing/analysis, and team leadership.
- TEMPEST Professional certification (CTP-I or CTP-II).
