Job Description
What You Will Be Doing:
• Supporting end-to-end personnel security lifecycle management, including onboarding, clearance processing, continuous vetting (CE/CV), and offboarding.
• Processing and managing security clearance actions using DISS, NISS, NBIS, and related government systems.
• Reviewing and coordinating eApp submissions, clearance verification, visit certifications, and incident reporting.
• Interpreting and applying US Government security policies and providing guidance to employees and leadership.
• Supporting physical security operations for cleared facilities, including alarm systems, inspections, construction processes, maintenance coordination, and ICD 705 compliance.
• Responding to secure facility alarm notifications within a 15-minute response window, as required.
• Assisting with internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Coordinating regularly with DoD and IC security customers and industrial security partners.
• Performing additional security duties as assigned by the Chief Security Officer.
Required Skills
Must Have:
• MUST HAVE a Current and Active Top Secret SCI Clearance.
• 2-4 years of experience in industrial, personnel, or physical security within a DoD or IC contracting environment, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), SEADs, ICD 705, and related DoD/IC security directives.
• Direct experience with personnel security processing and clearance management.
• Experience supporting secure facilities, including alarms, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• High level of integrity, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
• Strong customer-service mindset when supporting cleared personnel and mission partners.
Desired Skills
Nice to Have:
• Active polygraph.
• Experience supporting DoD, IC, or other federal security programs.
• Experience with security audits or compliance inspections.
Industry certifications (e.g., CDSE, ISP, or similar).
