Located in the middle of the Western Pacific Ocean, the U.S. Island territory of Guam is critically strategic to the Indo-Pacific region.
Lockheed Martin Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) systems provide the foundation for Guam's air and missile defense. As a leading mission integrator, Lockheed Martin is helping to deliver an integrated and persistent layered defense system forged by bringing together the best distributed sensors and shooters from across the services including:
• Layered missile defense system: Aegis Guam System, THAAD, PAC-3
• 360-degree radars and sensors and missile communications devices: RIG-360
• Command and control battle management communications (C2BMC)

WHO YOU ARE
This position supports the Defense of Guam (DoG) project. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, project and manpower planning support, budget implementation and monitoring, and supporting all administrative functions. Office support and management duties include; assisting in the development/maintaining manpower and budget plans, supporting the in-country manager with cost and schedule variance analysis, conducting monthly financial reviews, assisting with weekly and monthly activity status reports and presentations. Support also includes directly interfacing with RMS Global Sustainment Functional Management and Logistics Program Management teams to meet contractual requirement and business commitments related to the DoG project. Available for auxiliary roles supporting management and logistic functions for other programs as availability permits.

Basic Qualifications:
Extensive technical expertise in engineering planning functions and logistics experience supporting complex, medium scale radar system operations.
Complete understanding of inventory control, sourcing processes, and material management functions as they relate to complex electronic systems fielded at remote and/or military locations.
Complete understanding of warehouse operations including the receipt, issue, return shipment, and periodic inventory of stock on hand.
Customer interface experience (both internal and external to LM) working in integrated team environment.
Desired Skills:
Familiar with international travel requirements.
Familiar with base access overseas.
Able to assist team members with long-term overseas living arrangements.
Maintain GFE as a site liaison.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
