You will be the Engineering Aid for the Engineering Support Team which is responsible for supporting day-to-day test operations, maintenance, and configuration management of the LM Aeronautics Fort Worth F-22 Systems Integration Labs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Engineering Aid you will be responsible for enabling smooth lab operations through meticulous asset oversight and data integrity.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with lab equipment owners to perform Asset Management Tracking.
- Verifying that the Asset Management Database contains accurate, up-to-date information.
- Processing required paperwork with Cyber Security to remove equipment from the F-22 classified labs.
- Managing removal or salvage of equipment that is no longer needed.
- Ensuring Metrology Database accuracy and generate concise technical summaries.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a professional environment
- Ability to work as a part of a team and on their own
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with performing assigned technical/para-engineering tasks.
- Experience with asset management and configuration management.
Desired Skills:
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to work independently within a team and handle multiple priorities and internal customers
• Laboratory and/or hardware integration and handling skills
• Familiar with electronic test equipment.
• Familiar with aircraft hardware, electronic interfaces, and/or mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to work with multiple disciplines. Ability to multitask.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
