We are seeking a Senior Financial Management Analyst to join the Advanced Development Program (ADP) Finance team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will provide critical financial analysis and insight to support program decision-making, ensuring that our projects remain on track and within budget while helping drive the next generation of advanced aircraft development.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage program cost baselines for the Advanced Development Program.
- Conduct Earned Value analysis, including determination of appropriate Earned Value techniques.
- Reconcile actual cost accounts and perform variance analysis using enterprise tools such as Cobra and SAP.
- Mine and analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Present financial findings and actionable insights to program leadership.
- Support and mentor early career team members in financial management practices.
- Collaborate across Finance, Program Management, and other functional teams to ensure alignment on program financial objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited
college or 5 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors Degree
Experience with Earned Value Management
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products
with emphasis on Excel.
Desired Skills:
Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products
Software (SAP).
Familiarity with Hyperion/Accounting Data
Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).
Experience in developing program budgets and
Estimates at Completion.
Data analysis through use of self-developed
queries.
Familiarity with cost systems similar to Deltek
Cobra.
High degree of interpersonal skills required in
interfacing with Senior Leadership, Control
Account Managers, Program Management leads,
and other Program Finance personnel across
multiple sites.
Experience in taking raw data and presenting it
in written/oral form for concise management
reports.
Experience with formal CPR/IPMR Reporting.
Ability to lead and mentor less senior analysts.
Experience in playing a key role within a diverse
team made of many different disciplines.
DoD Secret clearance.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products
with emphasis on Excel.
