Markon is seeking an experienced Agile Coach and Subject Matter Expert for our client in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and management for a process or function including (but not limited to):
    • Costing.
    • Compliance.
    • Funding.
    • Audit.
    • Invoicing.
    • Information systems.
  • Perform detailed review and analysis of project deliverables.
  • Understand client requests and responds to deliverables.
  • Understand and reviews problems and provides resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks .
  • Establish a strong working relationship with the client, partners, and vendors to facilitate communication and resolution of issues identified during the invoice review process.
  • Find and identify non-compliance issues and formulate in a concise and accurate manner the findings and associated cost impacts identified during the review.


Qualifications

Required:
  • Active TS/SCI with a current CI Polgraph (preferrably from this
  • BS in Business Management or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in Agile systems management and coaching.
  • Demonstrated experience/leadership in related function (costing, compliance, funding, audit, Invoicing, info. sys).
  • Must demonstrate an understanding of program management.
  • Ability to communicate with multiple levels throughout client or internal organization.

Desired:
  • Certified Agile Coach or SAFE certification
  • Experience with GeoSpatial systems acquisitions
  • Experience with OPIR (Overhead Persistent Infrared) satelite systems.


Salary Range

USD $190,000.00 - USD $210,000.00 /Yr.

The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
