Clearance Needed: Interim Secret
Responsibilities:
- Support project management and provide support services for innovative business improvement initiatives
- Develop strategic communication products for senior leadership and workforce reporting
- Engage with Program Managers and points of contact from client organizations to facilitate collaboration
- Prepare and deliver coaching materials to empower innovation project owners, including facilitating workshops and incubating bottom-up innovation ideas
- Lead workshops aimed at strengthening team collaboration, communication, and operational practices
- Assist in the procurement, deployment, and workforce adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools and solutions
- Conduct research on policies, regulations, and industry best practices to inform pilot projects and prototypes
- Build, test, and maintain project management tools and templates, updating or retiring outdated resources as needed
- Develop and monitor success metrics, track project impacts, and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience leading or supporting business process improvement, innovation, program management, modernization, and transformation projects
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, data-driven insights, and leading innovation initiatives
- Proficiency in program management tools and frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations
- Knowledge of change management methodologies, workshop facilitation, and strategic communication planning
- Experience supporting Artificial Intelligence solutions, including cloud, network, cybersecurity, and user adoption aspects
- Willingness to support research, develop strategic plans, and contribute to long-term innovation roadmaps
Nice to Have:
- Experience with project management frameworks such as PMI, Scrum, or Kanban
- Knowledge of design thinking and innovation methodologies
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence development and deployment, including machine learning concepts
- Basic understanding of computer science, cloud computing, and cybersecurity practices
- Formal facilitation training and certification(s)
- Experience with innovation management best practices and commercialization strategies
Salary Range: $85K - $100K
