Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Rover Clearance Required in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic aero and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible, and respond to security-related concerns with strong communication and customer service. You will support access control and incident reporting while working as part of a team that is agile, reliable, and innovative, with a caring culture that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Perform armed patrol duties throughout an aerospace and defense location, including interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter routes as required by post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including providing detailed notifications to site contacts and Allied Universal management.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification and/or authorization, directing visitors and contractors, and helping to maintain orderly traffic flow.
• Complete security-related reports and logs, document unusual activity, and communicate observations to appropriate personnel using radios, phones, and/or other approved systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Hold a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
