The Program Executive Office (PEO) for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) International Integration Program Office (PMW 740) is acquiring integrated Executive Management, Business Operations, Case Management, Program Management, Systems Engineering, Logistics Management, Contracts Management, Acquisition Analysis, and Financial Management support services for its portfolio of international C4I programs. Support services include administrative and executive business processes and address the full lifecycle of the security cooperation process, including Pre-Letter of Request (LOR) efforts, FMS case development, case execution, case reconciliation, and case closure. For the scope of this effort, C4I solutions are inclusive of integrated Link 16 SoS architectures to satisfy potential PMA/PMW-101 requirements.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Cyber Security Analyst provides cybersecurity engineering and information assurance support on the PMW 790 Integrated International Support Services (IISS) contract.

What You'll Do
- Identify risks associated with the development and implementation of cybersecurity architectures and controls, both external and internal, for efforts in the RDT&E phase of the acquisition life cycle.
- Identify risks associated with the development and implementation of system-of-systems (SoS) interface management control processes and products as they relate to cybersecurity standards, controlling parameters, and interface agreements for efforts in the RDT&E phase of the acquisition life cycle.
- Validate data and develop technical drawings and artifacts that document cybersecurity architectures, security controls, and related specifications and requirements for afloat, ashore, and expeditionary platforms, including physical and logical SoS architectures.
- Provide technical support for developing enterprise architecture to support model-based systems engineering (MBSE), including data structures supporting Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and integration with current data models and tools, as applicable to cybersecurity.
- Monitor and track established SoS interface management control processes and products to ensure cybersecurity requirements and standards are documented and maintained.
- Modify existing technical drawings and documentation that capture cybersecurity architectures, security controls, and related specifications and requirements.
- Provide operations and maintenance of Systems Engineering Technical Management processes across cybersecurity-related programs and projects.
- Monitor, maintain, enhance, and manage system (software, hardware, network, configuration, and data management) operations and system administration, integration, and data transfer for security tools, architecture tools, and data repositories within the Naval Integrated Modeling Environment (IME).
- Evaluate cybersecurity requirements implementation across the acquisition lifecycle to make recommendations on cybersecurity risks and mitigations in support of integrated product teams (IPTs).
- Develop and support cybersecurity inputs to science and technology (S&T) roadmaps and provide forecasted cybersecurity capabilities for integration into forward-looking views of the Navy's Enterprise Architecture, including target architectures.
- Include technical input and reviews of technical documents, market and publication research, and production of cybersecurity-related roadmap artifacts.
- Attend meetings as required and provide technical analysis of meetings and documents to support cybersecurity requirements, analysis, and integration with program development activities.
- Provide input in the review and analysis of acquisition engineering documentation for programs in the RDT&E lifecycle (e.g., DoDAF documents, cybersecurity artifacts, system design specifications, and human systems integration requirements and plans).
- Bid and proposal support if requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in an engineering discipline is required.
- Ten (10) years of experience providing systems engineering or cybersecurity support to a Navy program office supporting cybersecurity, information assurance, or network security activities.
- Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Must possess strong time management skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
- Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.
- Travel Required ~25% travel required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
