Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure curriculum content and writing assignments are organized, clear, concise, and stylistically consistent, using appropriate terminology and removing information not relevant to the lesson plan.
- Edit, format, and manage lesson materials, maintaining adherence to timelines.
- Support proofreading for Mission Success Reports (MSRs) and After-Action Reviews (AARs).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Intermediate knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other web-based tools.
- Familiarity with general office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and phone systems.
- Knowledge of standard business correspondence conventions, including grammar, structure, punctuation, and spelling at a proficient level.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in high-pressure or time-sensitive environments
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to work efficiently to meet strict timelines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Minimum/General Experience:
- 2-4 years related experience; strong writing/editing skills.
Minimum Education:
- HS Diploma, or equivalent
