Responsibilities
- Design and implement Kubernetes-based infrastructure in government cloud environments
- Develop comprehensive CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Implement container orchestration and microservices deployment strategies
- Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for operational oversight
- Implement security scanning, compliance validation, and automated quality controls
- Design horizontal scaling capabilities for enterprise-scale applications
- Manage database deployment and optimization across multi-technology architectures
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
Required Qualifications
- Secret clearance (minimum, TS/SCI preferred)
- 6+ years experience with DevOps practices and cloud-native technologies
- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and infrastructure automation
- Proficiency with GitLab, Jenkins, or similar DevOps platforms
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code and configuration management
- Experience with monitoring tools and log aggregation systems
- Understanding of security compliance and government authorization processes
