The Sergeant will supervise teams of armed guards and will ensure all contract requirements are adhered to.
Responsibilities
- Administers instructions to security personnel assigned to the site and assures that all officers are familiar with the facility and their duties.
- Manages the staffing of posts at the site to ensure complete coverage. This includes, but is not limited to, coverage for vacations, illness, and call-offs.
- Must be able to work flexible hoursto includeweekends and holidays.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Armed Security Guard certification through DCJS.
- A minimum of three years' experience as an armed security guard, or police officer.
- No less than one year of prior supervisory experience.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a current CPR certification through the American Red Cross.
- Successfully be able to meet PAT physical agility standards as set forth bycustomer.
- Armed Security Guard certification through DCJS.
