Job Summary
As the Senior Acquisition Intelligence Integration Analyst, you will serve as a key subject matter expert supporting the International Acquisition Directorate (IAD). Your primary function is to integrate validated intelligence, market data, and acquisition trends to produce actionable insights that shape Army Foreign Military Sales (FMS), armaments cooperation, and international acquisition strategies. You will leverage expertise in military intelligence, open-source intelligence, and capability analysis to inform senior leader decisions, align industrial participation, and guide program execution. This role requires deep collaboration with HQDA G-2, NGIC, DIA, and other Intelligence Community (IC) elements to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Intelligence Analysis: Analyze intelligence from HQDA G-2, NGIC, DIA, and other IC elements to assess threats, competitor capabilities, and global defense trends relevant to Army acquisition programs.
- Market Research: Conduct market research on defense industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to produce actionable assessments for FMS and armaments cooperation programs.
- Capability and Risk Assessment: Evaluate partner nations' military capabilities, industrial capacity, and sustainment readiness to inform acquisition strategies. Identify supply chain risks, foreign dependencies, and industrial vulnerabilities affecting cooperative or export programs.
- Decision Support: Develop and deliver reports, assessments, and briefings on competitor activities, partner capability gaps, and market dynamics to translate intelligence into clear, decision-ready insights for Army leaders and program managers.
- Strategic Engagement: Support capability alignment strategies by synthesizing partner demand signals with threat-informed analyses. Identify opportunities for co-production, MRO, and technology insertion with international partners.
- Liaison and Collaboration: Collaborate with NGIC, DIA, and other IC elements to ensure intelligence integrity and alignment with Army priorities. Maintain industry relationships to stay informed on emerging technologies and market dynamics.

Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Experience with capability analysis, market intelligence, and threat assessments
- Experience with standard intelligence analysis tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality reports and confidently engaging senior leadership.
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and collaborate with diverse stakeholders from the Intelligence and Acquisition communities.
- Direct experience working at NGIC or DIA
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and policies
- Familiarity with advanced intelligence tools and a general understanding of GEOINT and SIGINT capabilities
