Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking an Unmanned Systems Electronics Test Analyst/Technician to support our operations in Las Vegas, NV.
This position is Temporary and anticipated to be a 2-month assignment. Must be available to start in February. There is a potential for reoccurring work.
Full-time (40 hours per week) work is available. Part-time work is also available. Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Local work from home may be accommodated.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for Unmanned Systems, with a focus on small Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).
- Disassemble, identify components, and skillfully reassemble electronic systems.
- Conduct basic electronic repairs following component-safe procedural practices.
- Document detailed diagnostic findings and write descriptive reports, ensuring delivery within timeline expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience relevant experience preferred
- Working familiarity and experience with Unmanned Systems, particularly UAS.
- Competency in electronics disassembly, repair, and reassembly.
- Proven basic electronics repair skills, adhering to safety protocols and proper procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work meticulously under deadlines.
- Self-motivation and capability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Effective written communication skills, with the ability to produce descriptive and detailed technical reports.
- Experience with cybersecurity penetration testing is preferred but not required.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM required.
Travel Requirements:
- Routine travel is not expected
Security Clearance:
- Active Secret clearance required. May consider candidates who previously held an active Secret clearance.
