Program Overview

About The Role

The Technical Project Management Advisor supports the customer leadership team in developing strategic plans and providing a business framework to manage their portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will have strategic communications experience and strong skills in work-plan development and progress-tracking. The candidate will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that the strategic goals are achieved. Main duties include organizing, participating, and capturing review boards and stakeholder meetings and developing solutions to ensure all deadlines are met. The candidate will be responsible for translating the customer's business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs. The candidate will plan, implement, document, and maintain enterprise-wide solutions.

The candidate will work closely with the customer to support the advancement and focus of the organization's evolution and strategic direction. The candidate will support activities to include:
  • Translate operational requirements into strategic direction and develop strategic plans and roadmaps
  • Monitor progress, collect, and report metrics
  • Develop executive-level briefings and reports
  • Support documentation reviews and coordination.
  • Develop program plan define and support programmatic workflow development including governance.
  • Framework development for mission efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Other ad hoc tasking as required.

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
  • Ability to support senior customer managers with the capture and documentation of strategy development and production of briefing materials for senior leadership.
  • Ability to support communication efforts, drafting emails, meeting notes, etc. with various stakeholders to ensure coordination and information flow.
  • Ability to capture data and integrate it into presentations for the customers' compliance review board briefings.
  • Experience in capturing information and building strategic presentations and documentation.
  • Experience with programmatic activities including tracking actions, documenting management decisions, and maintaining configuration management and providing seamless support to Front Office systems and processes.
  • Oversee, organize, and coordinate interrelated projects based on the defined goals
  • Provide risk mitigation recommendations and implementation of approved efforts
  • Monitor portfolio program and/or project timelines and deadlines, and inform stakeholders
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

  • Experience using Confluence, Tableau.
  • Prior customer experience across the organization.
  • Experience supporting senior level management.
  • Experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission goals

Details

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
