Banking Project Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Banking Project Manager in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities for the Banking Project Manager:

· Serve as the primary liaison between product strategy and marketing teams

· Manage vendor and partnership relationships, including contract oversight

· Coordinate workflow and ensure timely delivery of marketing and product initiatives

· Utilize project management tools (preferably Asana) to track progress and compile reporting

· Support digital marketing efforts, including analytics and campaign performance tracking

· Drive prioritization of tasks and resources based on business value

· Ensure clear communication and alignment across organizational teams

· Monitor budgets and assist with project financial planning

Qualifications for the Banking Project Manager:

· 5-10 years of project management experience in a cross-functional environment

· Prior experience in consumer banking or credit union operations (automobile lending preferred)

· Strong understanding of marketing workflows and collaboration with marketing team

· Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Asana experience highly preferred)

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and influence under pressure

Compensation for the Banking Project Manager:

• $110,000 to $120,000 *Depending on Experience
• Cigna Medical, dental, vision, Holidays, 401k, PTO and Sick leave as required by law
